Last week, Tim celebrated his birthday. Birthdays are very fun with little kids around because to them, birthdays are a reason to celebrate, buy balloons and flowers, open presents, and eat cake. If it were just Tim and I, it would be much more simple. However, if it is your birthday and the kids know it, they have to celebrate!
Emma had soccer the night of Tim's birthday, so we weren't really planning on celebrating much that night. But, they had to do something, so after the soccer game we went to a close grocery store and picked up some munchies.

| The picture doesn't do the sushi justice, but it was fabulous! |

Then, we celebrated on Friday with Eric and Gaeb and their significant others. Spaghetti, meatballs, breads, cheeses, wines, assorted salami's and cake. It was yummy!
Of course - the best birthday present - a job offer! (although that came the day after!)
